Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the SAP transformation strategy, including the standardization of technical object types, attributes, and object profiles, while aligning asset classification with the ISO 14224 standard;
• Standardize the asset structure by implementing a unified functional location hierarchy and harmonizing asset data;
• Optimize preventive maintenance plans by eliminating duplicate and obsolete maintenance plans, work orders, and notifications;
• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA data migration activities, including data cleansing, migration, validation, mapping, and harmonization to minimize operational disruptions;
• Manage CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) data, ensuring its accuracy, quality, and compliance with business processes and industry standards;
• Perform SAP system administration, including monitoring system performance, integration, system architecture, and data interface quality;
• Develop and implement data governance standards, policies, procedures, and supporting documentation;
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs related to data quality, maintenance process efficiency, and timely execution of data change requests;
• Support SAP S/4HANA testing and post-go-live stabilization activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and hypercare support;
• Develop recommendations for Bill of Materials (BOM) management, ensuring proper linkage between BOMs and functional locations to support spare parts planning and maintenance activities.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related discipline;
• Minimum 10 years of international experience in a relevant role within the oil and gas industry;
• Proven experience supporting Maintenance organizations in the use of SAP as a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS);
• Experience integrating or supporting Primavera with SAP is considered an advantage;
• Strong customer-focused approach with a commitment to supporting CMMS/SAP users;
• English: Intermediate level or higher.
