Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, improve, and standardize end-to-end business processes across Finance and other business functions;
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize cross-functional processes, improving efficiency, accuracy, and transparency;
• Support SAP S/4HANA, ERP transformation, automation, and digitalization initiatives;
• Collaborate with Finance, HR/Payroll, Procurement, Operations, and IT teams;
• Identify process risks and support the development of appropriate controls and mitigation measures;
• Support system implementation activities, including UAT, change management, user training, and post-go-live stabilization.

Qualification requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another relevant discipline;
• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in the oil and gas industry;
• Previous experience within a complex joint venture organization;
• Practical experience in finance process improvement or end-to-end business process transformation;
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, ERP systems, internal controls, risk management, or compliance will be a strong advantage;
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
