Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the Company’s stakeholder engagement and social stability strategy in line with business and operational objectives;
- Build and maintain effective relationships with government authorities, local communities, employees, contractors, subcontractors and other key stakeholders;
- Identify, assess and mitigate social, workforce and stakeholder-related risks before they escalate;
- Oversee contractor social performance, workforce engagement, employee feedback and grievance management mechanisms;
- Support industrial and labour relations management, including the prevention and resolution of labour disputes, collective disagreements and potential operational disruptions;
- Lead the department, manage cross-functional action plans and ensure timely preparation of reports, risk assessments, dashboards and strategic recommendations.
Qualification requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences, Law or a related discipline;
- 8–10 years of relevant professional experience in social performance, stakeholder engagement, employee relations, industrial relations, human resources or related areas;
- Experience within a medium or large multinational or multicultural corporate environment;
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including management of teams across multiple sites or geographical locations;
- Strong experience in negotiations and engagement with government authorities, local communities, contractors and other external stakeholders;
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher, together with strong communication, reporting, presentation and conflict-resolution skills.
