Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate procurement activities, including procurement planning, processing purchase requisitions, and liaising with Contract Holders and relevant departments in accordance with Company procedures;
- Prepare and manage tender documentation, including drafting contractual and commercial documents, compiling complete tender packages, and developing tender evaluation criteria and models;
- Develop contract strategies by analyzing contractual documentation, drafting contract terms and conditions, and selecting the most appropriate procurement and contracting methods;
- Manage tendering processes, including evaluation of bids, participation in negotiations with bidders, and preparation of contract award recommendations;
- Administer contracts throughout their lifecycle, including contract handover, kick-off meetings, and monitoring contractors' compliance with contractual obligations;
- Monitor contract performance, including schedules, scope of work, KPIs, financial performance, HSE requirements, risk management, and overall compliance with contract terms;
- Perform contract administration, including maintaining contract records, correspondence, meeting minutes, contract logs, and preparing official communications;
- Conduct financial administration of contracts, including monitoring contract expenditures, reviewing invoices, payment certificates, guarantees, insurance and tax documentation, and applying contractual penalties where applicable;
- Provide commercial and contractual support to Contract Holders, including advice on taxation, insurance, warranties, guarantees, claims, and coordination with internal stakeholders;
- Conduct market research and support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize procurement and contracting processes;
- Maintain accurate data in corporate systems, support contract close-out activities, prepare close-out documentation, and capture lessons learned;
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, confidentiality requirements, the Code of Ethics, and perform other duties assigned by management within the scope of the position.
Qualification Requirements:
- BsC Degree either in Engineering, Economics or Legal (in order of preference) only;
- MsC Degree in Engineering, Economics or Legal (in order of preference) will be considered as plus;
- CIPS (Level 3) as per CIPS official professional register as minimum;
- 4+ years’ experience in the Oil & Gas upstream offshore operations;
- 4+ years professional CP experience in pre-award area;
- 4+ years professional CP experience in post-award area.
