Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the interface management plan between project and operations teams, ensuring transparent communication, clear roles, and defined responsibilities;
• Prepare, review, coordinate, and hand over project and operational documentation (P&IDs, ISO drawings, project packages, operating procedures) throughout all phases of the asset lifecycle;
• Coordinate the review of project deliverables by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and ensure compliance with technical, operational, and process safety requirements;
• Ensure operational readiness of facilities by implementing Operations Readiness & Assurance (OR&A) standards and coordinating PSSR, AIC, SUVC, and other readiness verification activities;
• Develop and maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans and Bills of Materials (BOM) in SAP, ensuring equipment maintainability and spare parts availability;
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of operational spare parts to support at least the first two years of operation;
• Develop and implement training programs for operations and maintenance personnel, ensuring competency prior to the commissioning of new facilities and equipment;
• Verify the completeness and quality of project data in production and engineering systems (PI, EC) and coordinate the implementation of Preventive Task Maintenance (PTM) systems;
• Participate in project risk management and asset integrity activities, including HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, RAM, and SIL studies;
• Monitor the closure of Punch List items, track completion status, and ensure facilities are ready for acceptance;
• Promote the implementation of Lessons Learned and Best Practices into project documentation and future engineering solutions;
• Provide technical and operational support during commissioning, start-up, acceptance, and handover activities while identifying and mitigating operational risks.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification (preferred);
• Experience in Project Handover and Operations;
• Proficient computer skills;
• Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in the oil and gas industry;
• English language proficiency at Intermediate level or above.
