Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and update internal policies and procedures governing total rewards and employee performance management, while providing guidance to managers on their application.
  • Design and continuously improve the company's compensation structure, including job grading, salary structures, allowances, bonuses, and incentive programs, ensuring internal equity and external market competitiveness.
  • Conduct labor market analysis, participate in salary and benefits surveys, and prepare analytical reports and recommendations to enhance the company's total rewards strategy.
  • Coordinate the annual salary review process, job evaluation, job grading, and the development and maintenance of job descriptions.
  • Manage employee benefits, well-being initiatives, recognition programs, and non-monetary reward schemes; evaluate their effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Organize and analyze employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, providing recommendations to improve employee experience and engagement.
  • Support HR financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, forecasting, budget monitoring, and labor rate calculations.
  • Coordinate HR cost optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives across the Directorate.
  • Lead and coordinate the employee performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration sessions, potential assessment, high-potential employee identification, and performance improvement programs.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as required by management within the scope of the position.

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field;
  • Professional education and/or certifications in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits will be considered an advantage;
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources;
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated experience in applying international HR best practices, particularly in compensation structures and reward management;
  • English language proficiency: Intermediate level or above.
