Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and update internal policies and procedures governing total rewards and employee performance management, while providing guidance to managers on their application.
- Design and continuously improve the company's compensation structure, including job grading, salary structures, allowances, bonuses, and incentive programs, ensuring internal equity and external market competitiveness.
- Conduct labor market analysis, participate in salary and benefits surveys, and prepare analytical reports and recommendations to enhance the company's total rewards strategy.
- Coordinate the annual salary review process, job evaluation, job grading, and the development and maintenance of job descriptions.
- Manage employee benefits, well-being initiatives, recognition programs, and non-monetary reward schemes; evaluate their effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Organize and analyze employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, providing recommendations to improve employee experience and engagement.
- Support HR financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, forecasting, budget monitoring, and labor rate calculations.
- Coordinate HR cost optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives across the Directorate.
- Lead and coordinate the employee performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration sessions, potential assessment, high-potential employee identification, and performance improvement programs.
- Perform other duties and assignments as required by management within the scope of the position.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field;
- Professional education and/or certifications in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits will be considered an advantage;
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources;
- Strong understanding and demonstrated experience in applying international HR best practices, particularly in compensation structures and reward management;
- English language proficiency: Intermediate level or above.
