Responsibilities:

• Develop, improve and maintain Contracts & Procurement processes, procedures, documents and toolsets;
• Identify optimization opportunities for existing C&P systems, procedures and processes;
• Develop and update C&P model contract templates and Supply Chain documentation;
• Support internal stakeholders on C&P procedures, processes and compliance matters;
• Establish, monitor and report C&P KPI metrics and improvement actions;
• Prepare and conduct trainings/workshops on C&P processes and procedures.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Legal, Economics, Finance, Commerce or Business Administration;
• CIPS Level 5 qualification or similar certification is required;
• 7–9 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas upstream offshore/onshore operations and projects;
• 7–9 years of professional procurement experience in Supply Chain, including pre-award and post-award areas;
• Strong knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, planning, reporting, KPIs and vendor management;
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
