Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current and future workforce needs;
  • Support organizational structure changes and workforce planning processes;
  • Prepare analytical and management reports on headcount, structure and workforce utilization;
  • Develop recommendations for optimizing organizational structure and functional allocation;
  • Maintain accurate workforce data in HR systems, such as SAP / SuccessFactors or similar;
  • Provide advisory support to line managers on organizational design and workforce planning matters.

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in workforce planning and/or organization structure and design specialist role in international companies and consulting firms;
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR and/or Economics is preferable;
  • International certification in Strategic Workforce Planning from SHRM, HRCI or CIPD is an advantage;
  • Certification in Data Analytics and Data Visualization is an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, organizational development and workforce analytics;
  • English level: Intermediate or higher.
