Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term IT/IM ERP strategy;
• Manage ERP solutions implementation, upgrades and system improvements;
• Coordinate business requirements gathering, solution design, UAT and implementation;
• Ensure ERP system integrity, availability, security and business continuity;
• Lead ERP support and maintenance processes, driving innovation and service improvement;
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, risks, reporting and team performance.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Telecommunication Technologies, Computer Science or related field;
• 8–10 years of experience in IT/IM or related area;
• At least 7 years of experience with SAP ERP;
• At least 6 years of leadership experience in complex environments;
• Minimum 2 full SAP life cycle implementations and 8 years of SAP systems support;
• SAP certification, ITIL certification and strong knowledge of SAP best practices;
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher is required.
