Responsibilities:

• Expedite and monitor purchase orders and vendor deliverables to ensure timely delivery;
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, engineering, and project teams to meet project schedules
• Track vendor performance, delivery status, and resolve delays/issues proactively;
• Review purchase orders, requisitions, and shipping documents for accuracy and compliance;
• Prepare reports on materials, deliveries, and expediting activities;
• Manage transportation schedules and resolve shipment discrepancies;
• Maintain effective supplier communication regarding project timelines and requirements;
• Mentor and support junior expediting team members.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field;
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is an advantage;
• Minimum 8 years of experience, including 5 years in EPC Oil & Gas projects;
• GCC experience is a plus;
• Strong knowledge of expediting, procurement, and supply chain processes;
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP;
• Good understanding of contractual terms and vendor management;
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills;
• English language proficiency: fluent (written and spoken).
