Responsibilities:

• Manage daily camp operations;
• Oversee catering, accommodation, housekeeping, logistics and warehouse activities;
• Coordinate food supply and inventory control;
• Ensure compliance with HSE, hygiene and food safety requirements;
• Liaise with client representatives and subcontractors;
• Prepare operational reports and support cost control.

Qualifiction requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in camp operations / catering / accommodation management;
• Experience managing workforce camps or industrial facilities for 500–3000 people;
• Oil & gas background will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of HSE, hygiene and food safety standards;
• Experience in workforce and subcontractor supervision;
• Languages: Kazakh, Russian and English.
