Responsibilities:
- Develops and optimizes scenarios for future Kashagan development phases and satellite facilities to enhance economic efficiency and monetization opportunities;
- Reviews existing concepts and studies, applying lessons learned and experience gained from previous field development phases;
- Ensures implementation of new technologies and compliance with HSE, IMS, and permitting requirements during studies execution;
- Coordinates interaction with internal and external multidisciplinary specialists for execution of DG1/DG2 studies and projects;
- Supports the Team Lead in planning functional support, Annual Work Plan, Budget, and 5-Year Business Plan activities;
- Organizes and coordinates external technical consultancy support and participation of integrated teams during pre-concept and concept select stages;
- Prepares reports, presentations, and handover materials for the Projects Directorate and participates in peer assists, Decision Review Boards, and QA reviews;
- Ensures proper systematization and storage of completed study materials and timely execution of management instructions.
Qualification Requirements:
- B.S. or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Petroleum / Oil and Gas / Civil Engineering / Project Management. MS or advanced degree preferred;
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in oil & gas engineering and development;
- Previous experience and familiarity with RoK and/ or other Caspian projects highly desirable;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in one of the four major technical fields: subsurface, drilling, project or operation, highly desirable, including assignments to operational positions in subsidiaries and deep knowledge of one or two subsurface and/or surface areas;
- English language proficiency: fluent (written and spoken).
