Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality and integrity of procurement data, analyze deviations and identify gaps;
- Plan procurement activities (long-, mid-, and short-term) and ensure alignment with project needs;
- Prepare, analyze, and improve regular procurement reports (internal and external);
- Monitor data, identify risks and issues, and propose solutions to management;
- Provide analytical support for decision-making, including analysis of contracts, requests, and KPIs;
- Coordinate preparation, approval, and monitoring of contracts and amendments;
- Maintain systems and tools for planning, monitoring, and archiving contract documentation;
- Act as a key point of contact for procurement planning and reporting across departments;
- Prepare presentations and reports for management (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc);
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, safety requirements, and Code of Ethics; handle administrative tasks as needed.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Law / Economics / Finance / Commerce / Business Administration; a Master’s degree is a plus;
- CIPS Level 5 certification (or equivalent) is required;
- MCIPS (Level 6) or equivalent certification is a plus, as well as an Executive MBA or similar qualification;
- 7–9 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas upstream sector (offshore and/or onshore projects and operations);
- 7–9 years of professional experience in procurement within the supply chain (both pre-award and post-award stages);
- Conversational English.
