Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the quality and integrity of procurement data, analyze deviations and identify gaps;
  • Plan procurement activities (long-, mid-, and short-term) and ensure alignment with project needs;
  • Prepare, analyze, and improve regular procurement reports (internal and external);
  • Monitor data, identify risks and issues, and propose solutions to management;
  • Provide analytical support for decision-making, including analysis of contracts, requests, and KPIs;
  • Coordinate preparation, approval, and monitoring of contracts and amendments;
  • Maintain systems and tools for planning, monitoring, and archiving contract documentation;
  • Act as a key point of contact for procurement planning and reporting across departments;
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc);
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, safety requirements, and Code of Ethics; handle administrative tasks as needed.

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Law / Economics / Finance / Commerce / Business Administration; a Master’s degree is a plus;
  • CIPS Level 5 certification (or equivalent) is required;
  • MCIPS (Level 6) or equivalent certification is a plus, as well as an Executive MBA or similar qualification;
  • 7–9 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas upstream sector (offshore and/or onshore projects and operations);
  • 7–9 years of professional experience in procurement within the supply chain (both pre-award and post-award stages);
  • Conversational English.
