Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement reservoir development strategies to ensure effective project execution;
  • Prepare and evaluate field depletion plans and drilling programs;
  • Apply analytical methods and reservoir simulation for decision-making;
  • Coordinate reservoir engineering activities within field development projects;
  • Collaborate with geoscience teams to optimize well placement;
  • Optimize drilling plans, reservoir evaluation, and core analysis programs;
  • Provide recommendations on reservoir development technologies for asset commercialization;
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of reservoir models;
  • Participate in integrated reservoir management and production optimization;
  • Prepare data for reservoir data acquisition programs;
  • Participate in design and analysis of well testing (production/injection).

 

Qualification requirements:

  • Degree in Reservoir Engineering or Petroleum Engineering;
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including strong experience in field development, reservoir modeling, and production forecasting;
  • Strong skills in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Intersect, Eclipse, Petrel RE, etc.);
  • Proven experience in large carbonate field development with high-pressure miscible gas injection.
