Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reservoir development strategies to ensure effective project execution;
- Prepare and evaluate field depletion plans and drilling programs;
- Apply analytical methods and reservoir simulation for decision-making;
- Coordinate reservoir engineering activities within field development projects;
- Collaborate with geoscience teams to optimize well placement;
- Optimize drilling plans, reservoir evaluation, and core analysis programs;
- Provide recommendations on reservoir development technologies for asset commercialization;
- Ensure quality and accuracy of reservoir models;
- Participate in integrated reservoir management and production optimization;
- Prepare data for reservoir data acquisition programs;
- Participate in design and analysis of well testing (production/injection).
Qualification requirements:
- Degree in Reservoir Engineering or Petroleum Engineering;
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including strong experience in field development, reservoir modeling, and production forecasting;
- Strong skills in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Intersect, Eclipse, Petrel RE, etc.);
- Proven experience in large carbonate field development with high-pressure miscible gas injection.
