Responsibilities:
- Manage the pass issuance process in accordance with established procedures and work instructions;
- Control the processing, registration, activation, and deactivation of passes (both digital and physical), including record-keeping and reporting;
- Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Transport, HSE, etc.) to ensure data accuracy and proper access levels;
- Verify and process pass-related data, including identification, access categories, zones, and exceptions;
- Analyze data, contribute to process improvements, and support management in optimizing procedures;
- Coordinate and control equipment and materials for pass production, ensure service standards, and promptly report incidents.
Qualifications requiriments:
- Higher education degree;
- 1–2 years of experience in pass administration, administrative roles, or business process management;
- Knowledge of or experience with registration and/or document management systems (preferred);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English;
- Proficiency in Russian and/or Kazakh languages;
- Problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to plan, organize work, and manage time effectively;
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changes, and demonstrate initiative;
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet/Intranet use;
- Quality-oriented mindset, decision-making ability, and strong interpersonal skills.
