Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical support team for marine vessels and related assets;
• Review and approve engineering and technical documentation;
• Manage the team and monitor staff performance;
• Coordinate technical matters with contractors and external organizations;
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and marine regulations;
• Participate in technical audits, inspections, and ensure operational readiness.

Qualification requiriments:

• Higher education in Shipbuilding, Marine Engineering, or Offshore Infrastructure Engineering;
• Candidates with degrees in Navigation, Marine Equipment, and Technologies are also considered;
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in the marine industry in a leadership role, or substantial experience in shipyards, design organizations, or classification societies;
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills;
• Experience working in an international environment.
