Responsibilities:
- Support management in maintaining and developing planning processes; participate in updating project control procedures;
- Perform full-cycle planning, management, and analysis of project and contract activities, ensuring schedule accuracy;
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and prepare regular reports with proposed solutions;
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports;
- Analyze and update critical path schedules; develop mitigation measures for risks;
- Coordinate the development and integration of project schedules with internal teams and contractors;
- Review and analyze contractors’ plans, schedules, and procedures, including progress measurement methods;
- Monitor costs, analyze variances, identify problem areas, and propose corrective actions;
- Lead planning, reporting, and performance monitoring processes for contractors;
- Administer planning tools (including Primavera), maintain databases, and contribute to methodology development and project audits.
Qualifications requiriments:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in major and complex Oil & Gas projects in a relevant discipline;
- Degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, Project Management, Project Controls, Planning, Business Administration, or a related field;
- At least 6 years of experience in Project Services, Project Controls, Project Management, or Business Administration;
- Minimum 6 years of direct or indirect experience in the Oil & Gas industry in a senior specialist role;
- Conversational English proficiency.
