Responsibilities:

• Support Local Content implementation within Contracts & Procurement processes;
• Cooperate with internal stakeholders to develop local supplier participation;
• Participate in review of tender documentation related to Local Content;
• Prepare reports and analyze Local Content performance indicators;
• Support market analysis and development of local vendor database;
• Contribute to Local Content development initiatives

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher professional education;
• Experience in Procurement or Local Content;
• Knowledge of RoK Local Content legislation;
• Understanding of Contracts & Procurement processes;
• Knowledge of Kazakhstan oil & gas market is an advantage;
• English level not lower than Intermediate.
