Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and administration of Permit to Work system;
  • Issuing permits after PTW Supervisor verification;
  • Quality check of permit documentation;
  • Maintaining PTW register and archive;
  • Performing PTW audits at site;
  • Supporting HSE compliance and safe execution of work.

 

Qualification requirements:

  • Technical degree (College or University);
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas industry;
  • Understanding of Risk Analysis, PTW procedures, and LOTO systems;
  • English proficiency — Intermediate level or higher;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel);
  • Previous experience in Kazakhstan or the Caspian area is a plus.
