Key responsibilities:

• Supervise well intervention and well service operations offshore;
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of C&WI activities;
• Maintain Well Integrity and well barrier compliance;
• Coordinate field operations with contractors and operations teams;
• Monitor well performance and operational risks;
• Ensure emergency well control readiness and response.

Qualification requirements:

• Technical degree in Engineering discipline;
• Minimum 6–8 years experience in Completion & Well Intervention;
• Minimum 2 years experience in Field Supervisory role;
• Valid IWCF Level 4 (Supervisor) certificate;
• Strong knowledge of Well Integrity management;
• Experience in emergency well control operations;
• English level – not lower than Intermediate.
