Responsibilities:

• Perform risk assessments for well intervention and workover operations;
• Identify operational risks related to hydraulic systems and high-pressure equipment;
• Maintain risk registers and monitor mitigation actions;
• Participate in HSE audits, inspections and risk workshops;
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies;
• Coordinate risk management activities with drilling, engineering, HSE and contractors.

Qualification Requirements:

• Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Process Safety or related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years of experience in oil & gas operations;
• Experience with well intervention, workover or drilling operations;
• Understanding of hydraulic systems and high-pressure operations;
• Risk Management certification (ISO 31000, IRM, PMI-RMP);
• Proven experience in operational risk management;
• English level not lower than Intermediate.
