Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical support activities for marine vessels and related assets;
• Review and approve engineering and technical documentation;
• Manage technical support team and monitor performance;
• Coordinate technical matters with contractors and external stakeholders;
• Ensure compliance with company standards and marine regulations;
• Support technical audits, inspections and operational readiness.

Qualification Requirements:

• Degree in Shipbuilding, Ocean Engineering and Marine Infrastructure Systems Engineering;
• Navigation, Marine Engineering and Technology Qualifications: Systems Engineer; Navigation engineer;
• 6-8 years of maritime experience in a management position or significant experience in shipyards, design organizations or classification societies related to the design of marine vessels under the supervision of a ship owner / ship manager;
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills;
• Experience working in international environments.
