Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts through pre-award and post-award stages;
  • Develop contracting strategies and tendering approaches;
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, legal and business stakeholders;
  • Prepare Scope of Work, budgets, schedules and procurement strategies;
  • Lead negotiations and contract award with contractors and suppliers;
  • Conduct market analysis, manage risks and optimize commercial terms

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics or Law;
  • 9+ years of experience in Contracts & Procurement within upstream Oil & Gas;
  • Strong experience in pre-award and post-award contract management;
  • Solid knowledge of procurement planning, vendor management and KPI reporting;
  • Experience in budgeting and cost control;
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher;
  • CIPS Level 5+, MSc or MBA will be considered an advantage.
