Key Responsibilities:

• Development of Emission Standard Projects (water, air, waste, sulphur);
• Preparation of EIA and environmental project documentation;
• Preparation of environmental and special water use permit applications;
• Liaison with RoK environmental authorities;
• Preparation of quarterly and annual environmental reports;
• Participation in public hearings and expert reviews.

Qualification Requirements:

• BSc in Engineering or related scientific discipline;
• Knowledge of licensing and permitting procedures under RoK regulations;
• Experience in environmental regulation and cooperation with state authorities;
• Understanding of oil industry processes and environmental impacts;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in O&G or industrial sector;
• Experience in preparation of environmental documentation and reports;
• English language – minimum Intermediate level;
• Ability to work independently and interact with stakeholders.
