Responsibilities:

• Supervision of civil and structural works performed by contractors;
• Ensuring compliance with project documentation, Kazakhstan standards, QA/QC and HSE requirements;
• Preparation and review of completion reports;
• Control of defect/punch lists and follow-up of corrective actions;
• Coordination with contractors, site engineers and local authorities;
• Verification of completed work volumes for contractor payment approval.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher technical education (Civil / Construction Engineering preferred);
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction (construction supervisor, senior engineer, etc.);
• At least 1 year of experience in a department dealing with socio-economic aspects of company activities or experience in construction of social infrastructure projects (schools, hospitals, kindergartens, etc.);
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentationKnowledge of Kazakhstan construction standards and regulations;
• Good command of MS Office (Excel is required);
• English — not lower than Intermediate.
