Qualification Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Experience working with 1C;
  • Experience working with the Enbek.kz portal;
  • Experience in full-cycle HR administration (hiring, transfers, terminations, leave management, timesheet maintenance, etc.);
  • Preparation of orders, employment contracts, and addenda;
  • Interaction with government authorities when required;
  • Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Word).
