Responsibilities:
- Manages strategic relationships with business and DIT stakeholders up to Director level, acting as a trusted advisor and influencing decisions through data-driven insights;
- Co-creates and continuously refreshes a 5-year DIT Strategic Plan aligned with business priorities and KPIs;
- Leads an annual investment portfolio of USD 3–5 million, building strong business cases and managing the value funnel to ensure KPI delivery;
- Balances value creation from new investments with cost optimization and risk management across the DIT portfolio;
- Orchestrates cross-functional DIT teams to deliver safe, reliable, secure, and cost-effective operations in line with SLAs;
- Drives technology adoption and maximizes value from existing systems, data, and past investments;
- Champions innovation by promoting agile ways of working, prototyping, design thinking, and a fail-fast mindset;
- Leverages business intelligence, market insights, and performance metrics to shape strategy and strengthen competitive advantage.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Information technology, Computer Science, Business domain or related field;
- 8+ years of experience in leadership functions in Oil & Gas industry;
- 4+ years of experience in digital project or related analytics work is preferrable;
- Additional business education is an advantage;
- English level – at least Intermediate (B1-B2).
