Responsibilities:

• Identify and shape digital transformation opportunities with business units;
• Develop and justify business cases for digital initiatives;
• Lead digital ideation and digital roadmap development;
• Oversee business analysis, feasibility studies and Proof of Concept pilots;
• Drive adoption of digital solutions and promote digital mindset;
• Manage cross-functional teams and high-value contracts (> $1M).

Qualification Requirements:

• University degree in Business / Technology / Engineering / Science;
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience (Oil & Gas preferred);
• Minimum 4 years in leadership role;
• Strong background in digital transformation, IT management, business strategy or operations;
• Experience leading transformation in large and complex organizations;
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills;
• English – Advanced (mandatory).
