Responsibilities:

• Represent Company HSSE during construction and turnaround activities;
• Ensure compliance with HSSE policies, procedures, and RoK legislation;
• Conduct site HSE inspections, PTW audits, and Golden Rules compliance checks;
• Support contractors with risk assessments, method statements, and HSE plans;
• Participate in incident investigations and HSE reporting;
• Liaise between Company and Contractor HSE teams on site.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education in a technical discipline or Health & Safety Management;
• Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in construction projects (Oil & Gas preferred);
• Good knowledge of RoK HSE legislation, codes, and labor safety requirements;
• Practical experience in construction and commissioning activities;
• Ability to work in a multicultural site environment;
• English language: intermediate level or higher (spoken and written).
