Responsibilities:

• Lead internal audit engagements end-to-end (planning, execution, reporting);
• Define audit scope, assess risks for contracts and business processes;
• Manage and coordinate audit teams and external resources when required;
• Prepare audit programs, draft findings, reports, and recommendations;
• Communicate audit results with management and key stakeholders;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit standards.

Qualification Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline;
• Professional certification in Audit / Accounting (CIA, ACCA, CPA or similar);
• Minimum 6 years of experience in audit and/or internal controls, preferably in Oil & Gas;
• Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies and control frameworks;
• Experience with Production Sharing Agreements and Joint Operating Agreements;
• English language proficiency: fluent (written and spoken).
