Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize and comply with the Supply Chain and other Company’s established procedures, policies while performing contract management activities;
  • Prepare and lead external kick-off meetings with Contractor to align on the Contract terms and conditions, deliverables, change & payment process, KPIs, HSSE, Local Content and other contract requirements;
  • Draft Minutes of Meetings, letters and any other correspondence pertinent to the Contract execution;
  • To ensure that confidentiality is maintained during the procurement and contract management process and that contractual terms and conditions are defined in accordance with Company requirements and standards;
  • Maintain a complete trail of post-award Contract management documentation, correspondence, Minutes of Meetings, actions, and decisions relating to the Contract for records keeping and audit trail purposes.

 

Qualification requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ professional C&P experience in pre-award area; experience in the Oil & Gas upstream offshore/onshore operations;
  • Bachelor’s degree (BsC) in Engineering / Legal / Economics / Finance / Commerce / Business Administration, Master of Science degree (MsC) in the same disciplines will be considered as plus;
  • Proven experience to manage complex contract packages over 50 Mil USD in Oil & Gas Upstream major projects;
  • Good knowledge of Procurement Planning, Reporting (incl. KPIs metrics) and Vendor Management;
  • English language: Upper-Intermediate (B2) — mandatory.
