Responsibilities:

• Control receipt, storage and issuance of materials;
• Maintain and update warehouse layout charts and storage zones;
• Verify fitness-for-purpose of warehouse and lifting equipment;
• Review material documentation, certificates and shipping documents;
• Ensure compliance with HSE, Environmental and Dangerous Goods regulations;
• Coordinate daily activities with Warehouse Control Supervisor.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Materials Management or related field;
• Experience in warehousing and materials management within Oil & Gas;
• Experience in warehouse layout planning and space optimization;
• Knowledge of HSE, Environmental, Waste and Dangerous Goods regulations;
• Experience with documentation control and ERP systems (SAP is an advantage);
• English level: Intermediate or higher.
