Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver long-term marine logistics strategies, including FCSL projects;
• Manage end-to-end logistics projects from planning through execution;
• Act as an integrator across all internal and external stakeholders;
• Oversee logistics resources: marine fleet, supply bases, warehouses, transportation;
• Optimize costs, budgets, and contracts (CAPEX / OPEX up to USD 300 mln);
• Lead teams and develop the logistics function.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Project Management / Engineering / Logistics;
• 10–15 years of logistics experience within the Upstream Oil & Gas sector;
• Proven greenfield and/or brownfield project experience;
• Hands-on experience in marine logistics and supply base operations;
• Proven experience managing large budgets and contracts;
• Experience leading multicultural teams;
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
