Responsibilities:

• Lead the transition from time-based maintenance to Risk-Based & Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RBM/RCM);
• Develop and implement a long-term maintenance transformation roadmap;
• Redesign maintenance processes across planning, scheduling, execution, and turnarounds;
• Apply reliability engineering tools (FMEA, RCM, risk matrices) to prioritize maintenance;
• Drive digital enablement and effective use of CMMS;
• Act as a change leader, building capability and embedding a reliability culture.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Reliability / Industrial Engineering (Master’s is a plus);
• Minimum 8 years of maintenance leadership experience in Oil & Gas production;
• Proven experience in maintenance transformation projects (PM → RBM/RCM);
• Hands-on experience with CMMS / SAP PM;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
