Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advisory support to business and line managers on training and staff development matters;
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and support development of the annual training plan;
- Coordinate and monitor implementation of training programs and Individual Development Plans (IDP);
- Liaise with line managers and external training providers;
- Monitor and control training budget and prepare related reports;
- Assess training effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.
Qualification Requirements:
- University degree;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a large international oil & gas company;
- At least 1 year of experience in HR / Training;
- Experience working with employees and stakeholders at all organizational levels;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding and multitasking environment;
- English language — Intermediate level or higher.
