Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advisory support to business and line managers on training and staff development matters;
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and support development of the annual training plan;
  • Coordinate and monitor implementation of training programs and Individual Development Plans (IDP);
  • Liaise with line managers and external training providers;
  • Monitor and control training budget and prepare related reports;
  • Assess training effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • University degree;
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a large international oil & gas company;
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR / Training;
  • Experience working with employees and stakeholders at all organizational levels;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding and multitasking environment;
  • English language — Intermediate level or higher.
