Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HSSE support during project planning, tendering and execution phases;
• Coordinate development and implementation of HSSE documentation for projects of varying risk levels;
• Monitor and analyze HSSE performance indicators and provide improvement recommendations;
• Participate in Risk Assessments (HAZID / HAZOP), SIMOPS and PTW activities;
• Interface with Contractors and ensure compliance with Company HSSE requirements;
• Promote safety culture, Goal Zero initiatives and SAFE-R system at project sites.

Qualification Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline (HSE, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.);
• 6–8 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry in site-based roles;
• Hands-on HSSE experience within a project execution environment;
• Knowledge of risk assessment and incident investigation processes;
• Experience working in SIMOPS, PTW and high H₂S environments;
• English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
