Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance, repair and inspection strategies for all lifting equipment;
• Prepare and approve lifting plans, including complex and non-routine lifting operations;
• Develop, review and control standards and procedures for lifting and rigging operations;
• Conduct audits, inspections and participate in HAZID / Risk Assessment related to lifting & hoisting;
• Provide expert support in MOC, incident investigations and root cause analysis;
• Train personnel, develop competencies and implement international best practices.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education in Mechanical, Electrical, Transport, Automation & Instrumentation (A&I) or Chemical Engineering;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in lifting and hoisting operations;
• Proven managerial or supervisory experience is required;
• Valid competent person qualification (LOLER or equivalent);
• Strong knowledge of lifting equipment inspection, rigging operations, cranes, lifting accessories and work at height;
• English – B1 (Intermediate), Kazakh – B1 (Intermediate).
