Responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance with environmental legislation and standards across company units;
• Prepare and submit Actual Emissions, analytical, and summary reports;
• Coordinate environmental data management and reporting processes at sites;
• Support environmental projects, waste management, and water use permits;
• Organize training and provide guidance to contractors on environmental reporting;
• Maintain and update environmental performance database;
• Liaise with RoK regulators on environmental matters.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related scientific field;
• 6–8 years of experience in environmental protection;
• Completion of Kazakhstan Industrial Safety Knowledge Assessment;
• Strong knowledge of the RoK Environmental Code and reporting requirements;
• Preferred: Master’s degree, experience with regulatory authorities or as a consultant, ISO 14001/9001 experience, waste management and lab work experience;
• Fluent in Kazakh and Russian; English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
