Responsibilities:

• Lead the Development Planning and Logistics team within large-scale oil & gas project;
• Plan and coordinate front-end development activities related to field development, logistics and infrastructure;
• Integrate engineering, logistics and infrastructure solutions across projects and portfolios;
• Manage contractors and control project schedule, budget and quality;
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory authorities;
• Prepare, review, present and defend development concepts, reports and project decisions.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher Degree in Engineering or other relevant technical discipline;
• 10+ years of experience minimum, including assignments to operational positions in subsidiaries and deep knowledge of one or two subsurface and/or surface trades;
• Deep knowledge of one or two disciplines related to field development and/or geological surveys;
• Minimum 6-8 years of Front-End Development Management experience in large oil & gas projects;
• Demonstrable experience (min. 5 years) in management / supervisory role;
• Experience in front-end surface facility, logistics and infrastructure development are considered as an advantage;
• Previous experience and familiarity with RoK and/ or other Caspian projects highly desirable;
• English language proficiency — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
