Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and manage production services delivery;
🔹 Support contract holders and ensure effective contract execution;
🔹 Drive business planning and operational excellence initiatives;
🔹 Optimize processes and improve service efficiency;
🔹 Engage with shareholders, contractors, and internal stakeholders;
🔹 Lead continuous improvement and performance enhancement initiatives.

Qualification Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred);
🛢 Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas or complex industrial environments;

🗣 English: Advanced (fluent);
🌍 Strong international experience is an advantage;
📊 Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
