Responsibilities:

🔹 Plan and optimize completion, workover and abandonment programs; perform cost & time estimates;
🔹 Prepare technical documentation: schematics, schedules, AFEs, requisitions, diagrams;
🔹 Coordinate with internal departments and business partners to gather required data and clarifications;
🔹 Ensure timely ordering of equipment/materials and monitor contract value, provide technical evaluations;
🔹 Support execution of completion & workover operations, propose tools/BHAs, and contribute to tenders and audits.

Qualification Requirements:

🎓 University degree in Drilling / Oil & Gas;
👔 Minimum 2 years of experience as a Completion & Workover Engineer;
🌍 English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2);
⚙️ Knowledge of completion & workover operations, HSE, risk management, cost/time estimation;
🔧 Understanding of tubing stress analysis, torque & drag, hydraulics;
💻 Skills with Landmark (StressCheck, WellCat), Prosper, and well diagrams software;
🧠 Strong analytical mindset, ability to work in multicultural production teams.
