Responsibilities:

🔹 Support Senior Planning & Performance Engineer in well planning and operations;
🔹 Review and analyze data from petroleum engineering & reservoir teams;
🔹 Participate in well planning, cost optimization and technical decision-making;
🔹 Ensure quality and compliance of drilling programs with HSE requirements;
🔹 Conduct risk assessment, support tender technical scope preparation;
🔹 Perform comparative well analysis and maintain reporting databases.

Qualification Requirements:

🎓 University degree in Drilling / Oil & Gas;
👔 Minimum 2 years of experience as Drilling Operations Planning Engineer;
🌍 English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2);
⚙️ Knowledge of drilling technology, HSE, risk management, technical documentation;
💻 Proficiency with Landmark (StressCheck, WellCat), Prosper, well diagrams & equipment schemes;
🧠 Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a multicultural team/

🕐 Work schedule: 14/14 rotation
