Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement the QA/QC Audit Programme (internal and external);
• Establish and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) for the project;
• Supervise QA/QC personnel and organize department activities;
• Prepare and maintain audit reports, checklists, and corrective action records;
• Evaluate audit results and propose system improvements;
• Support Lessons Learned and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education in Standardization, Certification and Metrology or relevant field;
• Minimum 6 years of relevant QA/QC experience;
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001;
• Familiar with petroleum industry standards (ASME, API, ASTM, NACE, ISO, SNiP, GOST);
• Strong MS Office skills, leadership, and communication abilities.
