Required nationality: EU citizen Education and Work experience: Higher education (University degree or higher) in relevant specialty and not less than 5 of work experience as per specialty. Necessary knowledge of: Understanding of risk management;

Understanding of implementation of standards, rules for drafting procedures, processes and reports; Understanding of economics, labour and project development processes; Understanding of management of change process; Knowledge of appropriate RoK and international regulations.

Necessary skills: Communication skills in English; Change management skills; Advanced PC literacy; Initiative, interpersonal communication, result – oriented.
