Responsibilities:

  • Assess and improve HSE systems and procedures;
  • Develop and implement HSE initiatives;
  • Risk assessment and participation in incident investigations;
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and track KPIs;
  • Conduct contractor audits and provide recommendations;
  • Deliver trainings and safety inductions.

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • University degree in HSE;
  • 10+ years of experience in HSE engineering;
  • Strong computer skills (presentations, Excel, procedure development);
  • English – Upper-Intermediate (B2) is an advantage.
