Responsibilities:
- Assess and improve HSE systems and procedures;
- Develop and implement HSE initiatives;
- Risk assessment and participation in incident investigations;
- Prepare reports, presentations, and track KPIs;
- Conduct contractor audits and provide recommendations;
- Deliver trainings and safety inductions.
Qualification Requirements:
- University degree in HSE;
- 10+ years of experience in HSE engineering;
- Strong computer skills (presentations, Excel, procedure development);
- English – Upper-Intermediate (B2) is an advantage.
