Responsibilities:

• Develop and follow detailed well completion plans and procedures;
• Select and plan well completion equipment and material;
• Analyse ongoing completion activities and recommend optimization;
• Prepare technical sections of tenders and evaluate vendor proposals;
• Prepare well cost estimates, track expenses, and ensure budget alignment;
• Participate in coaching and on-the-job training of junior engineers.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in Drilling or Oil & Gas Engineering;
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Completion Engineer;
• Strong knowledge of well completion equipment, tubing, and wellhead design;
• Proficient in designing completion programmes and cost/risk assessments;
• Skilled in engineering software (StressCheck, Prosper, WellCat etc.);
• English level Intermediate (B1) is an advantage.
