Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily drilling and completion operations at the wellsite;
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and RoK regulations during all field operations;
• Manage contractors’ activities and verify the quality of services and materials provided;
• Prepare daily drilling reports and ensure proper documentation is maintained.

Qualification requirements:

• University degree (or secondary vocational education) in Drilling, Oil & Gas Engineering;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or technical drilling role;
• Valid International Well Control Certificate;
• Proficiency in OpenWells/DIMS or similar well operation software;
• Hands-on experience with high-pressure, high-sulfur gas wells;
• Proven work history on deep wells exceeding 4,000 meters;
• Ability to operate in arctic or cold weather environments;
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in multicultural operations team;
• English language proficiency at Intermediate (B1) level or higher is an advantage.
