Responsibilities:

• Supervise drilling operations at the wellsite in line with the drilling program and HSE standards;
• Control and coordinate contractors, rig personnel, and equipment readiness;
• Optimize operations and manage daily drilling costs;
• Prepare daily and end-of-well reports.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher technical education (Oil & Gas);
• 12–15 years of experience in drilling, including 7–8 years as a Drilling Supervisor;
• Fluent technical English (minimum B2 level);
• Proficient in MS Office, OpenWells, and Project Schedules;
• Strong knowledge of drilling technologies and safety regulations.

Conditions:
