Requirements:

• Higher education in HSE or related field
• Minimum 5 years in HSE managerial roles, preferably in H₂S environments
• Experience in pre-commissioning/commissioning of oil & gas projects
• Familiar with energisation, leak testing, service tests
• Involved in project start-up, handover, PSR & PSSR processes
• Strong knowledge of construction safety (excavation, lifting, heights, vehicles, ER)
• Experience with Concurrent Operations

Skills & Knowledge:

• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher preferred
• PTW & LOTO knowledge (especially during commissioning/start-up)
• Understanding of QRA, ALARP, and technical safety studies
• Familiar with international standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.)
• Confident MS Office Suite user
