Responsibilities:

• Identify fishing and intervention tools, BHA for completion and workover operations;
• Prepare wells completion AFE (Authorization for Expenditure). To track cost of completion operations and compare it with estimated cost. To ensure that well completion costs are within the budget estimates;
• Provide equipment forecast for completion activity. To prepare Equipment Delivery Plans and place material orders accordingly;
• Participate in audits conducted by the KPO departments and RoK governmental agencies;
• Coordinate and prepare recommendations and comment on EOWR (End of Well Reports) and continuous improvement programmes. To update lesson learned database and make recommendations for avoiding problems experienced in the past.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (University degree or higher) in Drilling, Oil and Gas speciality;
• Not less than 4 years of work experience as a Completion Engineer.

Necessary knowledge of:

• Organizational / management documentation, standards and technical procedures relating to the operational and business activities within the discipline;
• Labour legislation basics;
• Risk management and HSE management;
• Solid understanding of cost-effectiveness and general commercial business issues;
• Equipment and its operational regulations;
• Prospects for the technical development of the company;
• Policy for document management;
• English level should be Intermediate (B1) level.
